Hi Jason,When you get a chance to fly the F 86, you'll see why no comprehensive review is needed. It is truly amazing! Check out exterior graphics, handling, etc. VC really great. FPS very good considering the amazing detail. Hope you enjoy it.......

....Not to mention that is priced extremely reasonably. Anyone can afford it.

Please, someone repaint it to the Navy FJ Fury. This is one to keep. Thanks to the developers and now back to flying it.Regards,Ed

What? Where? Link please :)Eagle

A real beauty. And here is a tip:Go in the cfg file and find the line for "eyepoint" then change the first number from 7.25 to 6.5. When you select the plane, use the one that says "limited VR." Now the panel will not be in your face so much. Pan down a litte to see the whole panel, and at least to me the view seems more realistic. If you use the full VR that has the pilot, this position will be inside the pilot when you pan around. In this case the farthest you can move back is 7.00.Say, if only someone could make a Mig 15 now?

WHICH PLANE??? WHERE CAN I FIND IT? Please provide me with a link or something. I've been abroad for a while and haven

Kirk Olsson Sabre F-86 - look in the library - you can't miss it. (And once you've got it we won't see you for days - it's that good!)

I too have installed this plane and I am enjoy the flight experience. Nice exterior views and flight dynamics. I don't quite agree that this is WOW, WOWWIE, etc. however. For one thing the VC has very little clickables, 5 I beleive, three for lights and one for the parking brake and one for the flaps. I don't see a guage to indicate if the airbrakes are open or closed. This makes it a guessing game on approach since one has to go to the spot view to see if they are open or not since they are employed to help control the speed. Tough on landing when these need to be engaged and I forgot whether or not I have opened them or closed them.Flaps are not incremental. Now I don't know if that is how the actual AC operates, full down or full up only. If it is, then why does the flap guage show different degrees of deployment? When compared to other aircraft with full operating, or almost full operating cockpits, such as those by Milton Schupe and his team, the DM team and some others that have provided models without cost, it does fall a little short. Not a whole lot, but somewhat. Now don't get me wrong here. I am not a builder of FS9 planes, scenery or otherwise. So I do appreciate all the hard work that these deveolpers put into their project and provide it free of charge. So a BIG THANK YOU to all of you.As I said before, I do enjoy flying this bird even with its' limitations and can now even land on the runway with it. Flying a jet puts a whole new meaning for me into the expression "keep ahead of the airplane" since I have kept primarily to props.I see too, that on another thread, someone else is developing an F86 that promises full working VC's among other things (or as much as FS9 allows). Will also look for that one. Again, thanks for the hard work you developers. What I enjoy I'll keep and remove those that don't excite me. But for now, this one is a keeper.
