January 25, 20188 yr Hi, Bob. Yes, the graph in the performance tab. So it's read left to right...somehow I thought it was right to left. Thanks for the tips about viewing the Processor tab. I will check that out. Stew "Different dog, different fleas"

AM=244 being used to call up an affinity mask in Prepar3D in the Prepa3d,cfg file that refers to 11,11,01,00 and in this case it reads right to left. by the way when you are in the processor tab left click first to highlight the gtn process and the right click on set affinity. bob

Looked at the processes tab and was interested to see that P3D is assigned to cores 0, 2, 4, 6. While running the sim, these cores were in full use (of course). Thanks for all the help...goes to show you're never too old to learn something new! Stew "Different dog, different fleas"

I think P3D tends to run better with HT active, subjective as that may be. That was not the case with FSX, however. I'm not at all sure what tweaks are appropriate for P3D in Nvidia Inspector, since the set-up in the sim seems to cover most of the bases anyway. Stew "Different dog, different fleas"
