I might be a bit naive, but come on guys, isn’t that a bit too much drama about... actually nothing? I mean, we do not discuss world peace here, right? This whole my car is faster than yours, my sandpit is bigger than yours, my sim is... thing is quite unnecessary and doesn’t lead anywhere. We, the flight sim enthusiasts, are a mixed up bunch of people. There is no wrong and right in enjoying our hobby. It’s good to be passionate about what we do. But sometimes, the passion I see on flightsim fora would be better off in other parts of life. But I don’t want to become too philosophical. ;-)

I love the OPs screenshots, they inspire me! That’s what really counts, and I do not take everything literally. Let’s enjoy our beautiful hobby...

Maybe his goal was exactly this discussion - posting a new topic, with an unorthodox title, with the content (or lack or?) to go with it, and see how people would react...

avsim is turning into a place that I do not want to visit anymore. A lot of angry, name calling bunch of folks without any humor - sad.
