I´m on my own island...

...yeah, it´s iBlueYonder´s Heron´s Nest, in XP11.11r2, and in the Piper Arrow III by vFlyteAir. xEnviro 1.07 provides some clouds and the right atmospehere! ;-)

Thanks a lot for viewing!

I gotta get one of those (island I mean).  Sure looks like a landing strip with a certain amount of pucker factor.

Oh yeah, I wouldn’t mind, taking the very one! ;-) Thanks a lot for commenting!

Nice series, but I can't help but think the proportions on that external model are a bit off.

Nice pics, I like the artsy cockpit on final one!

Thanks a lot for commenting, guys! ;-)

Yeah, John! Somehow, I feel the same! The section around the wind shield is a bit too rounded, windows are a bit too big, and it looks strange to me... Can´t tell exactly, what it is though.

LOL! Isn't it funny what we sometimes pick out of these screenshot posts.  What I noticed is the calm winds.  You can tell from the trees and also that he was able to take off and land in opposite directions!  Wonder what the approach threshold looks like from the other end?

Great shots.  Like how the sky and weather as a backdrop to the trees enhanced the images.

Thanks a lot for commenting! The approach from the other side is pretty ticky, due to the sloped runway! A Cub wouldn´t have any problems for sure, though! ;-)
