Your maxing out your core 0 that's bad. All down to unlimited FPS and them setting am afraid. You might like all them setting but sadly your PC does not.

Even if I lock my frames to 20, I still get blurries. Could it have anything to do with Vectors or FTX Global? Would a fresh P3D V4 install make a difference?

yes its a known problem. Go to ORBX CENTRAL/settings/ forced migration and run it.. even if you have before wont hurt to do it again

What I also noticed as I am climbing out of KSFO is that the autogen buildings and ground textures are slow to load.

I agree!  I have a lowly 2500K with GTX 970 and I can get clear textures loaded.  Something else is wrong with him just sitting on that runway.

OP:  Try locking at 30 fps?

Le Francais, in your case, I think it is best to uninstall P3D completely and then reinstall it. Something must be wrong. After you uninstall it, don't forget to delete the application folders, such as shaders, cfg's, etc.

And create back ups at default and fully loaded. Its a hell of a lot easier time wise

Thanks everyone! What stunks is that how do I know what add-ons can stay and which ones do I meed to uninstall? PMDG, FlyTampa, Aerosoft, GSX, ActiveSky.

Taking off....Just started to reinstall. 

I recommend to uninstall all add-ons (I know it sucks, but at least you can rule out any interference by an add-on). After you have reinstalled P3D, check the quality in the default vanilla state. If it is good, you can go ahead with installing the add-ons. If not, there must be something other with the system.
