What happened to my avsim front page?

Recommended Posts

Hello all, not sure what happened but for some reason, starting early this morning, my avsim front page seems to be broken (on all my PCs and tablet - so must be a profile issue?). Under Recent Topics on the right-hand side of the page, where the newer topics are usually listed I get only the following:

Recent Topics

...
...
...
...

No topics except for the dots show up. Any idea how I can fix this?

Huh? Oh!  Just woke up...  I see that too.  Saw it last night too when member, MS2, sent us a Support Inquiry.  Will pass on to Brian, the AVSIM Tech, but he already indicated the system needs to rebuild the search index.  Perhaps that has something to do with it?  I will let you know.  Hopefully we will not have to undo the update because of this!

Is there a way to plug a message indicating ongoing issues on the front page of Avsim - just so we can rule out user-specific errors?

The AVSIM Tech has a real world job and is not always checking the site 100% of the time.  We have no one else who could possibly do anything like that.

Completely understand, Jim. Thanks.
