This Ron Attwood repaint is very popular and is my go to 310 livery!

Thanks for the comments everyone. I went ahead and purchased it and had a few short test flights in it using FSX this morning. First impressions are that it is beautifully modelled both internally and externally and it certainly seemed to perform very smoothly indeed on my mid-range system. I don't as a rule bother to measure FPS if an aircraft is running smoothly but for test purposes I did here and was getting an average 27fps in the VC and 39fps in the spot view which, for my system, is comparable to many payware addons and better than quite a few.

Perhaps the only downside for someone using FSX is that the aircraft, in common with many highly detailed aircraft addons these days, does have a significant VAS impact with a VAS footprint, as measured by FSUIPC, of around 1GB. This will mean that those of us using it in FSX might need to be a little cautious as to what scenery addons are used with it in terms of cumulative VAS impact but most seasoned FSX users are probably well used to the required VAS balancing act from other addon aircraft anyway! Although this is probably not an aircraft I'll try flying over Orbx SoCal scenery into FSDT KLAX, I think it will become one of my go-to GA aircraft and I'm very glad I decided to upgrade from my old 310R. Well done Milviz for a great product!

Thanks!  It's a given that it's not really directed at FSX users...  We're moving full speed towards the day, coming soon, that we will no longer make products for anything other than P3D v4.  Maintaining code for so many sims is proving to be quite the (expensive) task.

Please contact oisin at milviz dot com for forum registration information.  Please provide proof of purchase if you want support.  Also, include the username you wish to have.

I'll redo all my original paints in due course. In the meantime, I've just finished these two:

Couldn't resist. :)

Available on my MediaFire now. On AVSIM later. They are both in the download. Buy Get one, get one free

I appreciate that and I will most likely eventually move to P3Dv4 depending on whether my computer or I die first! However for the moment I continue to enjoy FSX with all its drawbacks if only because there is no P3D addon scenery currently available for the airport I most like to fly from (EINN) and near which I learned to fly in the RW - nothing like living in Tír na Nóg Oisín!
