Just to clarify...is this the intent?
1930 UTC is:
2030 (8:30pm) British Summer Time
1530 (3:30pm) Eastern Daylight Time

Just had a Google. You're right Mike. UTC is 18.30

Didn't we have this discussion last week...exactly why I joined a bit before 3:30 Eastern Daylight Time. There is no UTC daylight time.
