Infos about a 737 upgrade?

Hello,

 

several months ago as far as I remember, there was an info, that the good old 737 will be updated/upgraded to modern PMDG standards like the 777 or 747.

I have hoped to hear about it along with the FS Expo news, but so far I haven't heard anything.

 

Does anybody have any informations about possible future updates of the 737?

Nope. As far as I'm aware, they're trying to get the 747-8 out, and I know they're working on GFO. I don't even know how far they've gotten with this 737, so I wouldn't expect anything anytime soon.

This was briefly mentioned in the Expo announcement, actually. There was no real detail, but "NG3" was mentioned, so...there's your answer.

Prepare yourself for MAXimum performance. Also not gonna be an update, but a reboot like the 747v3. That's all you get for now.
