Micosoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2. Out of production for some years now but still available on eBay for usually a lot less than $100 for a good example. Excellent build quality, very solid/heavy and no chance of the centring spring weakening as it's centred by motors. Team it up with FS Force software and the feedback forces are very effective (much better than default) plus you get ”real" stick trim - when you adjust the trim, the stick datum actually moves. You can use different profiles for different aircraft and they are all fully customisable. See: http://www.fs-force.com

Yep the best combo for the money and buy far the best realism, FS force brings this stick to life

I thought they were made in Shenzen, China. A note from VKB-Sim in 2017 said " NOTE: Shipping will commence after the Chinese New Year (CNY) in the first half of February 2017"

Apparently your right...Dont see how to edit...Still the best there is tho...

FF2 is the best there is.  Have been using it for many, many years.  MUST use Dirk's FF2 software because it makes all the difference.  I buy several on Ebay because I'm afraid of unavailability in the years to come.  I have 4 of them ready to go.

ps.  I can't imagine hitting the runway with NO FEEL at all!  ONLY FF2 gives you a feel on taking off and feeling the tarstrips and landing and feeling the force of the landing.  NO joystick available other than the Microsoft FF2 gives you the feeling of take-off and touchdown.

Anyone know why a Logic3 USB joystick I have(already own the ubiquitous MSFF2, but this is for a work-based system), throttles up okay when moving the slider forwards, but does not cut the throttle when taxi-ing or wanting to come to a halt. Have to resort to pressing F1

Using P3D v4.3.9, I have calibrated the slider as Throttle 'Z Axis'.

Any heads-ups, tips, help appreciated
