It's the Rotate MD-80 for XPlane. The plane had a rocky release but has since developed into an extremely accurate and enjoyable simulation.

Thanks to all for the comments,

Yes, the aicraft is Rotate MD80 for Xplane11 everyday more perfect. Waiting to be released their MD11

Beautiful!!

I love the Rotate MD80, but the only thing that gripes me about it is that the CDUs are locked together.  That's just distracting for such a beautiful simulation.
