MK Studios Tenerife

Hey

Ist it possible Tour use DD Tenerife and MK Studios together.

So DD for Airport and the surroundings and MK Studios for the Rest of the Island?

Why would you do this when there is the option of really good freeware photo scenery with autogen available for the rest of the Canary Islands as I said earlier in this thread?

My preference was to go for Digital Design's Tenerife South because of better texturing.

I downloaded and use Air Hispania's freeware Canary Islands photo scenery to fill in the rest of the island.

Fantastic combination!

Look for the Mega.NZ link in the 1st post of the thread called "Descarga/Instalación - LEER PRIMERO (23-6-16)" on the AirHispana.com forums.

You must read the detailed instructions .pdf to install and make it work correctly.

The key point about Malaga X is that I have updated my AI flightplans for this airport already, so I am "ready to go"

I bought Malaga. Stunning love it. It's probably my fav Spanish airport.

Well, that's not true as I love Simwings LEBL, LEMD, LEIB, LEBB and LEAS along with Mallorca. Pilots Alicante is also fantastic. Love flying around Spain.

The one question mark for me with SimWings Malaga Professional is the autogen buildings and trees around the airport. Can you confirm that these look good? In other words, reasonable texture quality, and also density of objects? I don't know if YouTube video posters turn down the autogen density for their movies, but I want to be aure that the city looks realistic.

I purchased the DD Tenerife South. a few months ago. There was a fault with some of the rock textures around the airport. DD sent me a file to get it looking right. Hopefully that file is included in the main download when purchasing. If you purchase and the scenery doesn’t look right E-Mail them, they were very quick with the response which was good. Good scenery well worth the money.

The second screenshot of SimWings Malaga Professional on the JustFlight website illustrates my concern. It is a shot of the harbour and city, looking back towards the airport. Frankly, I can see huge areas of photoscenery with no buildings. That is unacceptable to me. If you are going to render a city, then do it properly. That screenshot makes the building density look way too low.

Took these for you Christopher.

They look "acceptable" and done "properly" to me.

It's a good job Gary's scenery looks better than his screenshots also.
