they only reason why i posted here, cause i wanted to make sure i'm not the only one with this issue, 
paypal receipt but no confirmation mail nor in my account

There were some early hiccups with PayPal, it seems.

Please use the official support function for support. Other users won't be able to address order issues.

Any idea what the expected wait time is right now? I placed an order around 3:40pm (cst), and got lumped into the no-dowload link issues. Submitted a support ticket and have been waiting.  Just curious, I know the PMDG staff is working it. Thanks!

 

Before you ask: it's 3CA-23397090-0477. But I did get sucked into the 'Contact Us' link (Under 'My Account') a half hour prior to coming to my senses and submitting the actual ticket...

I paid with AMEX creditcard....but same issue.

Used a credit card, so it appears PayPal wouldn't be the issue. In any event, a support ticket was already submitted at 17:41 PM.

Just to shine a little light on the issue:

Ticket submitted at 5:52 PM. Response received at 7:33 PM with a resolution.

Granted, that may match up with your point that it was 2.5 hours from purchase, but we have to be made aware of a problem before we can go solving it. Since this was called out in public, I felt like making sure the facts about the situation were known.
