AiG important poll

Done.

P3Dv4 is clearly the "winner" so far.

Thanks.

Dave

Simulator: P3Dv6.1

System Specs: Intel i7 13700K CPU, MSI Mag Z790 Tomahawk Motherboard, 32GB DDR5 6000MHz RAM, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Video Card, 3x 1TB Samsung 980 Pro M.2 2280 SSDs, Windows 11 Home OS

My website for P3D stuff: https://sites.google.com/view/thep3dfiles/home

This is a narrow interest poll focusing on the needs of users of freeware models, paints and AIG flightplans. AIG does this poll annually to gives its community a sense of how to allocate resources.

But i do not think that X-Plane users would go to this site. So i think that the result does not represent the real distribution beetween P3D and X-Plane users.

Of course, it's not. AIG has never produced anything for X-Plane. As Jay mentioned, they are just polling their users on the sim they use.

i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200,  RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024

It has some small bearing on XP because some of the legacy freeware models designed for FS9 and FSX were ported for use in XP. But in general, even with the release of World Traffic 3, XP11 is still a backwater when it comes to AI traffic.
