What do you mean? The fact you can get out of ils and follow go around proc? then yes.

I mean does it have the LNAV info after the rwy...some addons (ie the older edition of the Aerosoft Airbus) didnt support the actual missed approach procedure in the FMS.

Vnav is quite buggy but on slow climbs it works. Actually I wouldn't really trust Vnav on a go around. I'd rather stick to the old V/S and toga since you don't have autothrottle. And yes it will follow the blue path .I'd recommend flying it with manual heading tho

My system specs: Core 2 quad Q9650 @ 3.51ghz, GTX1060 6gb, 8gb ddr3 1333, 1Tb seagate barracuda, 500gb wd blue

...CRJ only have DES VNAV advisory. Not during climb.

And yes MISSED APP works ok in the CRJ.  Fly it initially in SPD MODE and HDG then engage AP and enable FMS NAV.

Reminder to setup the MFD to display the actual MISSED APP legs (can be toggled ON/OFF in the MFD MENU page).
