Is there a difference when it comes to integrations between the F1 and RXP GTN750? Does it matter which one is owned for this mod?

I have both.  The Mod installed F1GTN then I converted it to RXP.

Thank you very much for the Mod RamonB,

My update..

Everything loaded fine and GTN 750 and FMS info functions great. The only problem I have is the autopilot function. When I press Nav on the AP dashboard it will not activate the flight plan as GPS on the PFD it shows ROLL instead.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Part of the aircraft.cfg that needed changing is shown below and highlighted in bold.

Hello Fred

Thanks for the input.

Part of the problem with setting NAV on the AP and not getting the GPS data display is that the F1GTN does not make available some needed vars to sync the PFD. (Specifically the CDI setting), so we have to make sure the PRESET button on the PFD is set to GPS (ie. VOR1 in blue), and quite often we must cycle the CDI on the F1 GTN to raise the event needed to "sense" that the GPS is driving NAV1. (Let me see if I can fix it).

The changes on the Aircraft.cfg file are included in the sample I send.
As for the panel, the users can change any model they want to panel=gtn, but some users still want to keep several default models in case they want to fly with the original unmodded panel.

Regards.

Hello
I´m preparing to make a MOD release. But can´t decide on the final color scheme to use on General Info Pages.
So I´m asking for some input here:

Choice 1 White Text and Green Values or
Choice 2 Cyan Text and White Values
Please note that in any case out of range values will be displayed on amber or red

Other Pages like TUNE and others have this color scheme. (Similar to what we see in the GTN)

NOTE: Colors look much crispier on my monitors.

Please make Your choice and post it here. (Will wait 2 days)

Thanks.

Hi Ramon:

I vote for white values. I find them easier to read.

I vote for choice 1: White Text and Green Values  (seems I'm loosing 😉 )

Thanks again for your nice work!

I now have thanks to Ramon his very good GTN 750 mod.  Embarrassed to ask but I have not been able to even get the F50 to follow a simple "direct to" command on the GTN. It must be I don't have the right combination between the GTN and AP. I have entered the airport correctly and it is activated but don't know in GPS or VLOC mode or what do with the CDI and OBS buttons.Trying to avoid altogether the FMS. Falcon just going in circles . .
