Ray, Can you send me the links as well? When I install RC4 it goes direct to a page to Email for the key because it is an unregistered version. No where does it give a key generator at all. I have RC installed on my old FSX computer but have no idea where to find the Product ID and Key. If I did, I would simply put it in the area required. Any help would be greatly apricated.

Hi Ray,

I got the links and have the program running, BUT, I am continuously getting a Run-time error '75' Radar Contact.rcv4module.xxx_ack. The xxx represents any sound file, such as atc, pilot. Also, to rebuild scenery DB same error number with Path/File access error. Any thoughts or help is appreciated.

Hi Ray, I'm so sorry to keep bugging you but you seem to be the only reliable source where RC4 is concerned. The above .DLL is a windows 7 file, and my new rig is on W11 of course. I know you have a recently new rig, so I imagine you have solved the same dilemma.  How can I get this file so I can continue to use RC4?

Just do what I do. Save those dll and other MS files you need somewhere safe, together with the RC4 set up files. Then you have everything you need in case disaster strikes.

One more question Ray. Where do I place this .dll file? I tried the RC4 folder, the windows systems/32 folder, even the P3DV5 folder and documents P3DV5 folder all to no avail. Sorry I seem to need to be spoon fed but I really want to get RC4 running.

Vic, JD created a separate topic with the advice for registering DLLs. It needs to go in SysWow64 and registered there.
