Looks like the video it's made about MFS (dude, even the golden gate appears lol) 😅 They even talked about de PB of data haha.

From what I heard, most of the 3D cities are in North America, Western Europe and Australia. Just curious about how much cities will be available from places like Asia (Hong Kong for example 🤤), if any, on the sim.

Too much hype 😞

Considering China probably isn't letting American companies fly over their cities taking pictures, I'd say none from there.

The other day I did a Google search on Microsoft Azure AI and I found a thing called Computer Vision.

Today I found this

I installed "Outing", the demo of this project, and the result is, well, just ordinary photogrammetry 3d cities, no better than that of Google. Nowhere can I see the 5cm high resolution models or textures. If that is what the new MSFS will look like, we'd better fly 2000 feet above the city.

Lucky you, the Apple Apps store says it is not available in my region ...

I’m not sure what I’m more intrigued about - the way the world will be modelled graphically, or the extent of the new AI elements (although if I’m understanding things correctly, there may be some crossover there somewhere, anyway). I was looking at all of the things the azure AI packages can do and it doesn’t take a lot of imagination to see what the potential could be in a flight simulator setting. I’m trying to keep my feet on the ground, but imagine interacting with an AI atc that appears almost human. Maybe it’s too early for that sort of thing yet, but it can’t be that far off?

Very poor use of the English language.

We are already using Azure AI it`s the platform that now send out Windows 10 Updates.
