September 7, 20196 yr Whenever I load up a saved flight in P3Dv4.5 they all start with 06/21/2019. The current time of day is correct though. I think 06/21/2019 is the date that I installed P3Dv4.5 on my computer. If I set my options to start the default flight with the current date it will do that but if I load any other saved flight it starts with the 06/21 date. Is there any way to set options so that the saved flights will either start with the last date flown or with the current date? i7 8700K CPU @ 4.8 GHz, 32 GB DDR4 3000 memory, Gigabyte Aorus Z370 MB, EVGA RTX 2060 Super XC Ultra GPU 8GB GDDR6 Memory, MasterAir MA610P CPU cooler, 1T PCIe NVMe SSD, 500GB SSD, 2T HDD, 3 Asus 24" monitors, Saitek X56 Rhino H.O.T.A.S., Altec Surround Sound System.
September 7, 20196 yr Hi, have you mentioned this on Prepar3d official support forums? I believe I have seen this happening on my sim also. How I Evaluate Third Party Sim Addon Developers Refined P3Dv5.0 HF2 Settings Part1 (has MaddogX) and older thread Part 2 (has PMDG 747)
September 7, 20196 yr Actually they do not. But you are somehow right because it seems to be a bug of the "load scenery" screen. It always shows something like 03/21 or 06/21 ... . But If you load the flight, it opens with the sim date you saved it with. - Harry 9800x3D (Strix x870e-E) - 64GB RAM (DDR5 6000, CL 30) - RTX 5090, 34'' 1440p OLED HDR - Windows 11 Pro (1TB M.2) - MSFS 2024 (MS Store, 4TB M.2).
September 7, 20196 yr This is a known bug reported to P3D's development team many months ago. As I remember it, the saved date is loaded even if the load screen says something else. Edited September 7, 20196 yr by nas123
September 7, 20196 yr Author Interesting, I'll check it out next time. I would still like to have it start with the current date or even better a choice of saved date or current date. That's probably asking for too much though. i7 8700K CPU @ 4.8 GHz, 32 GB DDR4 3000 memory, Gigabyte Aorus Z370 MB, EVGA RTX 2060 Super XC Ultra GPU 8GB GDDR6 Memory, MasterAir MA610P CPU cooler, 1T PCIe NVMe SSD, 500GB SSD, 2T HDD, 3 Asus 24" monitors, Saitek X56 Rhino H.O.T.A.S., Altec Surround Sound System.
