September 13, 20196 yr The survey and signup went smoothly for me, but I must have had an old MS game account from way back under a different user name. I'm not going to worry about changing it unless selected for the tech alpha. P.S. read the initial agreement carefully. There are some strict NDA requirements about discussion or posting images outside the Insider alpha. Which is normal.
