Yes I verified and it is. So this is the same techniques as the one MS uses. November 23, 20196 yr hopefully, they can add also some major cities from Asia like Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc for some reason all are not 3d on bing maps just on google maps
