When i try taking off the plane goes in circles on the ground and i have no nose steering. Any ideas?

I'm occasionally afflicted with this condition as well.

What was his smiley?  On my machine it displays as a text box, as if the image is broken.

Try "NVS/TGT designate" in the MVAMS "Controls".

For the T-38C: T-38C MVAMS page>Controls>NWS/TGT Designate under the 'HOTAS Controls' tab.

For the T-38A: T-38A MVAMS Page>Controls>Nose Wheel Steering under the 'Stick/Throttle Controls' tab.
