Al Sorry for the delay. I did a flight this morning. After landing, I followed everything you had mentioned. I was still having an issue...until...I set the parking brake back on. When I set the parking brake, the chocks, GPU plugs, etc all worked. I could turn them on and off. As soon as released the parking brake, everything (GPU, Chocks) dissappeared and I had the same situation again just like my video. So it would appear that it is the parking brake that is triggering if I can connect the items or not after a flight. I was also using the latest update (Version 4.3c).

Yes, as mentioned above in this thread, the parking brake has to be on, and I assume you now also turn off the generators as well -- so those are two requirements for being able to set the chocks, connect the GPU, etc. Glad all is working!
