April 12, 20206 yr Hey, we are living in the year 2020. LC is totally outdated! Always safe landings 😉
April 12, 20206 yr Photoreal sceneries (payware and freeware) or waiting for MSFS 🙂 Always safe landings 😉
April 12, 20206 yr Commercial Member Yep, good 'ol landclass. Consider taking a look at photoreal... that's the future 😋 Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, Gigabyte GeForce 5080 RTX, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!) Windows 10, (hold off for now on Win11), EVGA 1300W PSUNetgear 1Gbps modem & router, (3) 27" 1440 wrap-around displaysFull array of Bravo, Saitek and GoFlight hardware for the cockpit. Varjo and HP VR headsets for mixed reality.
April 12, 20206 yr For those areas of the world where we haven't installed photoreal, then landclass does have it's place, especially if it's aftermarket and more up to date than default - a better handle on urban spread for example. FSX on which P3D is based has always had that problem., although I as an FSX user see more benefit of an updated landclass due to the age of the software.
