No worries, the QualityWings aircraft programmer said he could reproduce the frame rate issue when using Navigraph.

Generally if you can reproduce something you can fix it pretty easily.

Just to give you an update.

The QW aircraft programmer told me that they updated (or should I say, massively reduced) the texture size of the Navigraph charts and that more or less solves the fps issue if you're using those charts.

This will be in their next update, if they haven't release it already.

Cheers,

FYI, QualityWings just released an update that's relevant for FS2Crew users who had frame rates issues when using Navigraph charts.

From their 1.3.1. change log:

EFB: Navigraph Chart Quality adjustable to reduce FPS impact

Also, QW made this change in their latest hotfix:

FS2CREW: Enabling of FS2Crew only works on LEFT side of DU, not on right side

I got the same FPS Loss even with the latest update from QW’s I uninstalled FS 2 Crew and my frames shot right back up again. I’ll try to reinstall and see if it makes any improvements.

But did you lower the Navigraph texture setting?

I haven't personally tried it, but it would be a new option somewhere in the 787 aircraft.  I'm not sure exactly where.

It'll solve your issue.

Best,

Think it’s EFB Chart quality set to low
