To each his own, but there are lists and lists of inaccuracies in every sim (MSFS included, I'm sure), so why these two issues at the top of the priority list? To be clear, I'm actually curious, this isn't a troll post or meant to have any attitude. I really am sincere when I say to each his own.
July 10, 20205 yr I hope they do strobe lighting correctly...especially the ones on aircraft. That would look odd if not done correctly. I think most games have seizure warnings and flashing lights are not actually a trigger for many people with epilepsy. Its just one trigger for some. | Dave | I've been around for most of my life. And no, not on dumping the sim in any way. And also, not trolling, so I will explain. If you've done IFR approaches in marginal wx (or any wx really, with some airport lighting active) you have a feeling how the ground and airport features look like and interact with their surroundings, plus they are described in official documentation. I'm merely saying it's unacceptable because if they can make it they it was shown in the videos, they can make it right. That is my major point. It certainly is a slight "inaccuracy" looking at the big picture, to use your wording, yet it's unneccessary. That's what ticks me off. It's not like a feature that is completely missing, in fact it's there but so close to being realistic that I find it weird why they just refuse to fix it and make it how it is in reality. Not being a developer, still I maintain it really is a minor step.
July 16, 20205 yr Yeah, that makes sense. Easy fix for the devs, for sure. Thanks for the thoughtful response.
