Just got mine this afternoon and was surprised to see that Provincial Sales Tax was added to bill.  Since I live in Calgary, Alberta (where we have no PST-yet), I contacted Microsoft xbox support via chat connection and spent 3/4 of an hour trying to explain the no pst situation to them; finally asked to be put in contact with someone higher up and got a phone call from Seattle and they agreed that I should apply for a credit.  It seems that MS is not too familiar with Canadian Federal and Provincial sales taxes.  If you ordered from Canada, check to see that the taxes were applied correctly.
