August 19, 20205 yr Hi , I'm a bit confused about how you operate the G1000 in the Baron 58 (and probably other planes too). In the old FSX G1000 there was a knob for adjusting the altitude, and is you selected VS mode, this would, I think increase or decrease VS to head towards selected altitude. There doesn't seem to be an altitude knob on the G1000 in MSFS so how do you select altitude and VS for AP? Thanks, Paul
August 19, 20205 yr The required knob is missing from the B58...maybe from others too? I’ve reported it as a bug. August 19, 20205 yr Jeeese. I went to check in the sim as I haven't tried the baron yet...and sure enough....the knob is missing. That's a little frustrating. Again try to remember this was rushed by MS and not Asobo. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
August 19, 20205 yr It is there on the Beechcraft G36 but yeah not on the Baron just a white dot. By the way has anyone tried the trimming on the G36 or the VS? Both are wonky but maybe it's just me. The VS doesn't appear to work at all Ryzen 7 5800x, 64gb, 7900XTX 24gb
August 19, 20205 yr Its missing in the Baron. You can use Ctrl + Page up/Page down instead. Intel i9-13900K | Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Master | RTX4090 | 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000 | Be quiet! Pure Loop 2 FX AiO | Win 11
