November 1, 200619 yr I sure others have stumbled across it, but I was doing a takeoff in severe weather and ATC wouldnt clear me, as I was VOR traffic, it said I wasnt cleared conditions are IFR. Finally the ATC got a little smarter!

November 1, 200619 yr Yup, it was the same in FS9 and IIFR VFR traffic would not show at airports in IMC conditions.
