A couple of the freeware photogrammetry (is that right?) Monaco. Didn't seem to look as good on my system as in the video for it - 

 and although it looks fantastic from a little ways up it doesn't work for me down at rooftop level. But I'll keep an eye on it, it's a WIP apparently

Amazing shots, Andy !! I have tried Monaco once, but it brought my PC to its knees, so I hope that eventually a version with less polygons will come out

Thanks everybody, and interesting to hear your comment about your PC @bernd1151. Your spec is pretty much what I had before I went crazy and got my new machine (in anticipation of MSFS). I'm pretty happy with my spec now, but a bit disappointed in MSFS's relatively low CPU use count - it mostly seems to be focussed on just four main processes. And no DX12. But even so, it flies along for me.
