Strange rock formations

Featured Replies

Sometimes i see strange rock formations, sometimes pillar like when at an airport or when flying closer to the ground. Does anyone know what is causing it?

Its almost like the scenery did not completely load or something.

Thanks

I bet it goes away if you turn off photogrammetry in your Data settings. Sometimes it can pick up and magnify details that shouldn't really be extruded. Looks decent from the air but when you're on the ground at an airport it can be jarring at times

This happens when BlackSharkAI misinterpret trees  or trees growing next to building. Then it renders them as 3d rock like objects

Looks like a photogrammetry issue to me rather than an autogen problem.

It's photogrammetry.  It's a limitation of the technology.

It happens even in Google Earth.
