I read ALL of the comments in the accompanying thread to this link, and a note that I would share is that those who used the forced LOD at 10 version noticed airport buildings rendered as generic blocks instead of the original model, while the fix without the forced LOD left them alone. As for me, until I see something extremely disturbing, I will wait until Asobo fixes this through their update process.
