No, I kind of thought the same thing, but it's not an artifact it's a controlled graph of some kind, maybe showing FPS as a graph instead of numbers? Haven't messed with dev mode at all, maybe I need to? It's really annoying though! Only program that does this.

October 3, 20205 yr Author Ended up being the stupid GeForce Experience game filter. Not sure which one I just turned it off. Thank you for suggestions, it helped me checking into things I normally don't.
