Please help, I do not know how these red and green bars got here, and how to get rid of them? They actually move left and right almost like an equalizer would look on a stereo?

Weird, have you messed with Devmode at all?

What about using more meanigful post subject name?

I'm afraid for your GPU. Looks like your video card's about to fail.

Good excuse for an upgrade though?

No, I kind of thought the same thing, but it's not an artifact it's a controlled graph of some kind, maybe showing FPS as a graph instead of numbers?

Haven't messed with dev mode at all, maybe I need to?

It's really annoying though! Only program that does this.

Does it move up and down in reaction to sounds - either in sim or another app running?

It's nothing from dev mode.

Ended up being the stupid GeForce Experience game filter. Not sure which one I just turned it off. Thank you for suggestions, it helped me checking into things I normally don't.
