I don't know to which other mod you're referring to specifically, but if it changes how the brightness of the screens are handled, then it will almost certainly not be compatible out of the box with the -tbm version of my mod. However, if the screen brightness is the ONLY thing that the other mod changes with the cockpit/avionics, you can try your luck with a simple modification. Download and install both mods (-tbm version of mine), then go into the other mod (not mine) and find the file SimObjects/Airplanes/Asobo_TBM930/model/TBM930_interior.xml and delete it. 4 hours ago, fppilot said: Wish there was a better doc with this on which to use. Standard and TBM versions. Do you only put one or the other in the Community folder? Or both? This is explained in the readme, but the -std version will break the Citation Longitude but has maximum compatibility with other planes. If you want a functional Longitude or the extra feature of the -tbm version (adjust standby instrument brightness with the knob) and don't have other TBM mods that could cause conflicts, install the -tbm version.

But if I understand you correctly, ANY mod that has a reference to SimObjects/Airplanes/Asobo_TBM930/model/TBM930_interior.xml may or may not work with yours. If that is the case I will surely check all my mods. Thanks, good work. OK. Thanks. The zip file I DL did not have any readme file. I backtracked from the DL web page and found a changelog, but it did not provide the answer you just provided. So thanks again. Would also be helpful if the developer placed into the readme or changelog which aircraft the mod applies to. I was under false impression the KA 350i had a G3000, so last night I went through several drills seeking what I may have done wrong as I was not seeing the mod enhancements in the KA. Found them working in the TBM today. I am affected by the max filename-path length and the mod would not copy, nor could I unzip it in the Community folder without length errors. Finally got it in place by reducing the folder name to G3 until after the copy. I first DL what I believe was an earlier zip file, so I followed the link provided earlier in this Avsim topic which took me directly to the latest release zip. So I likely never landed on that github page. October 11, 20205 yr When I export a flight plan from Little Navmap for MSFS and load it into the TBM G3000 enhanced mod the distance info to the first waypoint is wrong both in the displayed flight plan and on the MFD. And interestingly, both wrong displayed values are different ( in this particular case, the flight plan shows 10NM, the MFD 131NM, and the correct value is 84 NM). This is when just sitting on the runway. The same flight plan loaded into the G1000 in the C172 shows the correct distance. So not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what the problem is.
