October 10, 20205 yr Just out of curiosity. I use 54 on my 27inch 1080 screen. MSFS2020, 24, Fenix A320, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, ASUS TUF RTX 5090 ,G.SKILL 64GB 6000MHz CL28
October 10, 20205 yr I'm around 70% on my 65" 4K.. THE PROBLEM is that zoom doesn't stick. Once you set it and go back to Camera Zoom settings it goes back to the default 50%- so it's very hard to know exactly where it is set. Then, I like the SAME zoom for each of my camera views, so I have to just use what is set for CTL+ALT+1 for the rest. Something that needs fixing promptly @Asobo! C Best- Carl Avari-Cooper

C I think if you change it from the camera settings (not the camera from the in-flight gadget thing), it will save it. I did- and yes it saves... but as I had already set my zoom to about 70% before, it changed that... so now I really don't know what the ACTUAL zoom level is.... ASOBO- are you reading this? October 10, 20205 yr 50% virtually everywhere, with maybe a bit of extra zoom (52-58%) in the cockpits when setting up a custom view, as it can make the instruments more easily readable at 2k (1440). I find more than 50% zoom outside can make the distant scenery appear blurry, as it zooms in on that as well. Obviously, if taking screen shots of the aircraft, more zoom is desirable. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. October 10, 20205 yr 70% on a 34" widescreen (3440x1440) monitor. I checked several times after restart and it's kept in the Camera Settings so far. October 10, 20205 yr If you would like to have the view matching the real world view - check this (the post focusing on 3 displays but works with one display as well, especially utlrawide). This method is based on the FoV calculators used by car racing simmers. Edited October 10, 20205 yr by Steku
