If ALEXANDER METZGER does the FDE for the An-2- RUN, don't walk... and grab it as soon as possible.  I WILL- simply sublime!  Totally different from anything you will have flown, and she will captivate your heart and soul.  In this stunning sim. I cannot wait to experience my Annuschka!

Alex did the FDE for @ATSimulations so there isn’t any reason to think they would change. He’s the genius behind the way the PMDG DC-6 flies in P3D as well.... come to think of it, can you IMAGINE that bird in MSFS.... THAT will be a happy day!

Most of these - except the CRJ and the 787 - seem like cropdusters, rust buckets, odd planes, or fringe aircraft.

How long will it take before the meat and potato stuff is released? 3,5, 10 years?

What do you class as meat and potato?  Can you throw in a few examples?

After watching 310 pilot on youtube a lot, I would love one of those (his wife in the right hand seat optional) 😁

It is pretty surprising there isn’t any type of PA-28 in the pipeline.

Yes..her twins are the star of the channel! (Her, as in the PLANE's twin engines!)  We all know that is main reason why we love that YouTube channel (the PLANE)! 😉 "Hey...my eyes are up here!" 🤣

Same reason for watching Gyrocopter Girl.  Great visibility on the scenery...outside the cockpit!

Less than that.  I made a nice fully textured 3D potato in Blender a couple of nights ago, just working on importing into MFS and figuring out how the flight model should go, if that's what you are after?
