It appears that they did better color correction on ground textures, which can make a world of differences.

I'm finding that with the new TAA, I can drop supersampling without too much of an impact (running native 3840x2160 at 100 scaling)...

I can't see super sampling doing anything on mine now. 

With SS completely off or x8 - I can't really detect any difference.  

I have never been convinced it has worked properly from the start to be honest, but it seems redundant now anyway with the latest graphics quality.  As you say the TAA is much better now. 👍

I find I still need AF at x 16 though to stop the fuzzy white runway lines in the distance etc.  But this is normal in all sims of course.
