FYI, if you keep getting the "Marketplace finger pointing runaround" where Steam says it is Microsoft, Microsoft says it's Asobo, and Asobo says it's Steam (especially if your card was actually charged) several people have been successful in posting on the official MSFS forums and getting a Community Manager to step in and help get the problem resolved. Be polite... AMD 3950X | 64GB RAM | AMD 5700XT | CH Fighterstick / Pro Throttle / Pro Pedals

Be polite... I don't think I have been charged for anything. It just freezes. What it means is I either have to purchase outside game at a higher price on no purchase at all. Microsoft/Asobo is losing money daily with marketplace issues. The devs should at least match marketplace price.
