Solution for drifting X-axis center for Saitek Pro Flight

Featured Replies

After lots of research I've not come up with the real solution, but this should work very well for from Amazon.  Whenever I reboot, the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke's X-axis migrates several degrees to the right.  I've tried the other measures deleting entries in the registry and so forth, and really what matters is simply disconnecting the yoke and reconnecting it then it initializes correctly and both axes are centered and stay that way until we reboot. This little switch saves from having to pull the plug out of its USB port and and reinserting it every time you reboot, and is only $6.99.  The male end is actually 32" long I'm told.  It will be here tomorrow so can verify this then:

A cheaper option may be to use a short M/F USB extension cable ... and just unplug at the join ...

I have the same issue with my CH Products yoke.. annoying for sure!

Never thought this could be a software problem.. but will try the unplug routine..

Sorry, here you go:  Amazon.com: ANDUL USB Switch Extension Cable, Upgraded USB Extension Cord with On/Off Power Switch Cable for LED Strips, iOS System, etc: Industrial & Scientific

The male end is much long than the picture shows, I think about 30" long.
