Status of FSXFlight

Featured Replies

Is FSXFlight kaput?  I tried to reinstall FSXFlight and the installer errors out because it can't download the app from the developers website.  I submitted a support request several days ago, have not gotten any response.  Is there an alternative to connect to Foreflight on the iPad?  Thanks.

Looks like you are asking about foreflight for P3D, so I moved your topic into the P3D forum.

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

try internet search for "alternatives to FSXFlight". looks likes there is at least one in a reddit thread.

PS also PilotEdge forum.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.

You no longer need FSXFlight. Use the built in export data to GPS function in P3D.

Yes, in my opinion, it seems FSXFlight is no longer really active....but yes, there are other alternatives thankfully.

OK, thank you. I'll get that set up.  Must have missed that option.

I still use FSXFlight in P3Dv5 since it permits the display of traffic from PilotEdge.

On that note, has anyone gotten FSXFlight to display traffic through ForeFlight in v5 for VATSIM?

Sorry, just saw this. I don't do VATSIM (just a GA guy), so I don't know.
