Anyone else having a problem with the Clear button on the C 172 CM1000 not working. Seems like anything you enter, either in direct to or waypoint, if you change your mind, there is no way to delete the entry. The clear buttons just doesn't seem to work.

You are not crazy, Bob. The Garmin functionality across all default units is just awful. Fingers crossed...the Garmin suite is suppose to get some TLC in the next sim update. Question is, will it be sufficient? I have doubts, but hope Asobo surprises me.

Have you tried the G1000 mod?

No where can I find that. Tonight I loaded a flight plan and three times I took off and the flight plan wasn't loaded into the G 1000...It just didn't like that particular plan, which it had flown before.....

NOTE: If you click on a dot at the airport for you starting stand/gate you will lose your flight plane, you must use the drop down box at the top. You can ue the "dots" to see the one you want but dont select it. Use the drop down box.

I use little navmap and never not had a flight plan not load. Hope this helps.

You should of linked to the mod at https://github.com/Working-Title-MSFS-Mods/fspackages

At the bottom is all their mods and the G1000 is currently on ver. 3.4 (you linked 3.3).

I am new at installing into MS 2020.  When I go to the link you provided I see this

What do I install in the community folder, just the working title G 1000 after it is unziped or do i also have to unzip and install the two source code files with it?

Download just the "workingtitle-g1000-v0.3.4.zip" file. Unzip it. Inside you should see a folder named "workingtitle-g1000". Copy that folder into your "Community" folder.

Done.

Download just that one. Unzip it and place the unzipped folder with all it's files in your MSFS community folder. That's all there is to it.

Something wrong with that Mod. As soon as I installed the latest Mod, no flight plan waypoints show up on either display when selecting Flight PLan. Just departure and destination/ I removed it, and everything back to normal.. 

Something's got to be wrong with the download or something else then (like a conflict with another mod, etc.), I (and many others) use that mod with no problems. Well, it does have one problem where sometimes the screen may freeze when constantly altering waypoints, but that's an Asobo issue too.

I believe I discovered what is going on with my setup. I use Avliasoft EFB for moving maps, airport info, sids. stars etc. I have noticed that there is some interaction with EFB and the G1000. For instance if I select a direct to on EFB, it is changed in the G 1000, which is a good thing. The bad thing is if I "Clear" a flight plan, after starting MSA 2020 in EFB, it remove's the FP from the G 1000 FP display. The plan is still there, and the aircraft will fly it, but it doesn't show up in the FP display on the G1000 screen. This happens if I don't complete a flight, clear the FP on the EFB, and then try and load that flight again into the G 1000. Anyway, I reinstalled the mod this morning, loaded a new FP into FS 2020 and the plan and all waypoints are shown on the G1000 screen.
