Tom,Please can you tell me what happened to my topic http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...d=378023#378036 It was titled "Microsoft please fix this". Smarti05 and another poster responded to it.I t had about 150 view. I spent quite some time drafting the posts and the screnshots. It was only up on the board for a couple of hours before deletion by somebody.It showed pictures of the desert like terrain at yssy compared to fs9 of the same. It also talked about older hardware for fsx. There were a couple of responses in the post.I really don't think it was an offensive post and would be pleased if the post could be re-instated. I am not the same person as the originator of this post but I can see his point if this is what I can expect.Don C.

Sorry Tom,I wasn't aware. But your own system let me upload them, they were not external links and they were both under the system size limit of 140Kb AFAIK. I shall reinstate the post soon with appropriately sized images. Please let me know if that would be OK.Thanks Don

You can do that, no problem. It wasn't the file size, it was the physical display size of the image. Our limit on width is 1024 pixels.

Must be I need to change some settings but I don't know what to do.

What gave you the idea that I was finding fault with other simmers? I come to this forum a lot and I was seeing the same messages over and over the last couple days, that's all. I don't have much fault to find with the sim either-it works pretty good on my computer. There are a few things but nothing major wrong for me.

You should be thnnkful for those 'naysayers'. If not for them, Microsoft would not be working on any patch. They are the only reason MS has realized the magnitude of the FSX problem.My thanks to them!!bdenley

The reason is that we are out shopping for x-mas and finding out that our wallets can't afford it so we stay at the pub more than flying and posting...Stelios
