They have a presence on Facebook. I can remember how stiff the elevator axis was when I tried it at Cosford show in 2018. I thought they would have adapted it. My Fulcrum requires effort eapecially at the end of the travel but that's how these things work when you don't have hydraulics to assist. Ray (Cheshire, England). March 16, 20215 yr Commercial Member I woudl call Tech Support and have the unit repaired for you. Always go through tech support first! Dave Hodges System Specs: I9-13900KF, NVIDIA 4070TI, Quest 3, Multiple Displays, Lots of TERRIFIC friends, 3 cats, and a wonderfully stubborn wife.
March 17, 20215 yr Before calling tech support, is it possible for you to measure the amount of force needed on your yoke? Others have stated that it should be around 5lb. If it is substantially more, you have a good argument that your yoke is indeed faulty and should be repaired/replaced. If it proves to be correct, than this yoke might simply not be for you, and you can try to return it, sell it or modify it. My yoke (also a Fulcrum) needs quite quite a bit of force to pull fully back. During normal operation of an aircraft there is no need to do that. If you need to pull thát much on the yoke, in reality or not, something is not right I think. March 22, 20215 yr I ordered one in December and well just got it out of the box 🙂 Anyway.... It is "strong" even compared to my ACE 737 Yoke... And well compared to a Saitek Cessna Yoke I have that is flimsy... I just used a "bag scale" to pull it and at about 3lbs it starts to move.. about 5-7 it is almost full back and at 9lbs it is full deflection... Compared to other yokes in MSFS where I have to crank Sensitivity on the Elevator Axis to like -60 and Rudders to -80.... Well maybe this is why 🙂 since the default of the honeycomb is linear and thus small movements are small with this heavy pull..... The travel is not much and with the heavy pull it would seem like you have a larger range. But yes for the price it is pretty good...It is just never going to feel like a the real thing to cover the wide range.. Now a Brunner 🙂 ... I guess that would be ones best bet to get full feeling.... Les O'Reilly
