March 29, 20215 yr Happened twice, and today I noticed it after starting flight with the Arrow. My aileron was full right. I finally realized that the autopilot was engaged, and I had left it off when I finished the last flight. Must be a bug in the memory for this aircraft. After I took off any attempt to engage autopilot wound up in full left aileron. I had to restart flight. Edited March 29, 20215 yr by Bobsk8
March 29, 20215 yr I thought it was supposed to remember the last state. Couldn't be that you gave the yoke a little tweak before saying goodnight? The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA

No, both AP switches were on. I am restarting flight now, if it happens again, I will have to fly the Mooney. Just rebooted flight, now AP is off.

I had before and after update, Something happens and autopilot got stuck even if it's off from the start. March 29, 20215 yr Never experienced such a problem, might have to do with some Saved State glitch maybe? Iñigo Bildarratz

I think the glitch is in the saved aircraft states update. It should never touch the AP. Of course when I restarted flight now I went from a sunny day, to rain which turned to icing. Had to bail out of live weather. If it happens again I will put a ticket in at Just Flight. If you see the AP switches in on, just reboot the flight before even starting engine. I almost yelled "MAY DAY!!" when I switched the AP on in heading mode. 80 degree bank to the left was instantaneous. Edited March 29, 20215 yr by Bobsk8
March 29, 20215 yr Author There is something buggy with these save settings after update 3. It keeps saving the landing gear in the up position. OK, just launched at another airport and LG is down. So it must be erratic. Edited March 29, 20215 yr by Bobsk8
March 30, 20215 yr After the update the Datcon Hour Meter is almost illegible, as indicators look misaligned, does it happen to you too? Iñigo Bildarratz
