Personally I'm waiting for FSCaptain to make its move to MSFS to be my go-to-PAX simulator. If you want the whole package including buying/selling aircraft and upkeep, Air Hauler is your best bet of the list, for reasons listed by others above. Totally agree on the Fscaptain point. I keep checking their forum for news but it looks like it's quite hard going for them to get it working how they'd like in MSFS.
April 22, 20215 yr been enjoying Neofly last couple of months... Neofly has given Microsoft Flight Sim purpose. Amazing how a little free app can transform a game. You can already use it with MSFS if you also have P3D installed on your PC, see https://fscaptain.proboards.com/post/27735/thread

Something that keeps track of engine wear n tear, etc but allows me to do the routing/flights outside of the program. Anything? I'd suggest grabbing that one and giving it a try. One downside of NeoFly is that its interface is kinda rubbish, it could do with a UI rework. But once you get the hang of it it's not bad. I love Neofly and it just got a UI update recently too.
