Hottest I've seen my 5600x get to since I've installed it is 63oC and thats after a good 8 hour session. May 10, 20215 yr Heat is not an issue on the 5600x due to its low power consumption. Not the case with the 5900 and 5950 which draw approx. twice as much power. The 5800x is even worse in that regard as all this power (read : heat) is spread overasingle core cluster
