May 18, 20215 yr Hi, Perhaps, I have a few things for you : A twin Bonanza (a project started in April 2020 to get back to Blender smoothly - this screen was taken in June 2020) and a Canso PBY-5A which is yet on MSFS (project at 60%) with a lot of details for each motor ... Currently I work from time to time on the VC which is at about 70% of progress I just need a week to finish my current project (a Menestrel HN-433 for MSFS) so I can get back to these projects 😇 They will be provided on http://french-vfr.free.fr of course 😎 Edited May 18, 20215 yr by lagaffe Best regards, Didier "Lagaffe" Boitier HAF 932 / ASUS Z390 STRIX-F Gaming / i9 9900K / Cruxial Ballistic 32 Go à 3200 Ghz / Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti / 34" Samsung FreeSync 21:9 SSD: Samsung 1To + 2 Cruxial 256 Go / Stockage : WD 4To et WD 2 To / Hotas Warthog and Throttle Cougar

Looks a bit like a CAP-10 from what I have seen. Also, I believe my wife has a cycle bearing the same name. 😕 Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. May 18, 20215 yr After flying the Cub, Spit and Corsair, I wanted to try a twin. I flew a couple of flights with the modded default DA62 and I feel it rather good for my purpose. I still have to give up curved approaches and flare in a three-point attitude 🤣 and keep in mind the limitations of the avionics (one CTD already !) but that put aside all is well ! That should keep me waiting for the rehabbed turbos. I would say it depends more than anything else on the avionics you want. I think the DA62 is a bit faster and has a little more capacity, and the G1000 is undoubtedly easier to use, especially if it's not something you use a lot. In all practical respects it's probably a better bird all around. (Though if you want to get in and out of short strips you'd be better off with the Seneca.) The Seneca, though, has a "feel" to it that the DA62 doesn't have, even with the mod. I know that's vague, but you know how with some planes you're like "yeah, this is a pretty good model of a plane", but with others, for some ineffable reason, your thoughts are closer to "yeah, this is a pretty good plane"? It's like there's actually a soul there somehow that makes it more than some numbers in a calculator. For me, the Seneca is in the second class and the Diamond isn't. If that makes any sense.
