May 17, 20215 yr I have owned the Caranado Piper Seminole for several months now and its been about a month since I last flew it. Yesterday I decided to have a flight using the Seminole, but low and behold I can't find the Seminole anywhere in the aircraft hanger. When I look at the detailed list in contact manager showing all the installed aircraft, airports, etc. it is listed and shows as being owned. When I look at only the list of aircraft that I have installed it is absent from the list. When I checked the actual game files the aircraft is there but missing everywhere else. There does not appear to be any way to reinstall the Seminole or any other item in MSFS 2020. Any suggestions?
May 17, 20215 yr I think I had a problem getting it updated to v1.51. Try dragging the Carenado Seminole folder out of the official folder to another temporary folder (don't delete it in case you need to move it back!). Then start MSFS and go to your content manager. It should say owned but not installed. Click to install it. I think this is how I got around it and it said v1.51 afterwards in the list. The MSFS content manager, and the way the sim itself sometimes updates needs some work! Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.
