Horrible sim performance after patch 1.16.2.0

I notice that Im getting this little "hiccups" every 12 seconds or so where I get a single microstutter. Seems to be more prevailant closer to the ground/near airports. I am flying with AI traffic off. It is super annoying. I lock my frames at 30, and every 12 seconds it drops to 25 frames and then back up.

I notice that core 19 is at 100%. Is this normal?

yes as MSFS is mostly single threaded.

Yes, that's normal.

I see that you have a mechanical disk. If the OS, the swap file or MSFS are on it, that could be the cause of the stutters.
