You can check for the latest implementations on our github:

Thanks for your input! If I install the latest update from the Development version, will that update the version I downloaded from the Marketplace or will it update the A320 NEO Default plane? Also, do I then want to delete the version I downloaded from the Marketplace? I noticed that when I install liveries from Flightsim.to there are ones for the default and ones specifically for the A32NX I got from the marketplace. The interplay between these two  aircraft is a bit confusing to me. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Cheers, Pete

It's linked to the FPS because the simulator doesn't provide information at any other rate. If you were you ask for position (or acceleration, or any other simvar) twice per frame, you get the same value twice. Similarly, you can't set information at any other rate and have it be used in the simulation more granularly than at the current frame rate. So, there's no way to run an autopilot control loop faster than the information you're receiving: if you get the same values the control loop will calculate the same output.

But why does the plane become unstable when the FPS drops below 17FPS? Why is that the magic number, coincidently the same number that made the Aerosoft Busses unstable.

Since I have never flown the Flightsimlabs I can't speak to them, but I never heard of that having the same problems.

Probably you would have to ask a programmer why that is. FBW has a very active Discord channel, and my guess is if you ask that question there you will have an answer in minutes.

Who do you think Matt Nischan is? 😉

He does not work on the Airbus, that is true, but he is a programmer. 😉

Ah, I missed his  post. I guess you didn't like the answer??? But I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

No, the matketplace version stays the same until marketplace has an update. If you want the latest development, you have to do it 'the old way'. Use our installer (only) and download the development version.

Ah Ha! Thanks for the link. Now I know why the parking brake detection in NeoFly stopped working when using the A32NX (NeoFly thinks the parking brake is always released). Will there be further work done on this? I'm assuming it has something to do with a simconnect variable not being updated correctly.

That's correct. We often can't use the default MSFS systems, since bringing this plane to realism affords many special parameters and calculations (in short terms). Neofly is not the only external addon affected. We can give the "new' LVARs to any developer who is interested. We are also discussing (trying out), if it is possible to provide standard LVARs additionally. But we"re not sure right now if this will work.

Yesterday I downloaded an A320 from SimMarket, and now I have two A320s to chose at the UI.- At the OneStore folder I have  "flybywire-aircraft-a320-neo" and "asobo-aircraft-a320-neo" with 5 livery files. So which should I delete  ?

Thanks

Keep the fly by wire.

You can keep both. Why deleting the default one?
